        Mend does not collect or sell your personal data. All fasting data stays on your device. No data is ever sent to our servers.
      

Mend: Fasting Timer ("we", "our", "us") is developed by Roberts Digital Apps LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Mend iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

Fasting Data

All fasting data — including your timer state, fasting history, and stats — is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded or transmitted to any server. We cannot access your fasting data remotely.

Purchase Status

Mend Pro purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Your purchase status is verified through Apple and stored locally on your device. We do not store payment information.

2. Information We Don't Collect

We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
We do not track your location
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers
We do not sell or share your data with third parties
We do not store any data on our servers

3. How We Use Information

Fasting Timer

All timer calculations happen on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers.

Widget & Live Activities

Your fasting state is shared between the app and the home screen widget using Apple's App Groups — this communication stays entirely on your device.

Notifications

Local notifications are scheduled on your device to alert you when your fast is complete. These are never sent through our servers.

Purchase Processing

Handled entirely by Apple — we only receive confirmation of a successful purchase.

4. Data Storage

All app data (fasting history, stats, timer state, purchase status) is stored locally on your device. Your data is not backed up to our servers. If you delete the app, your fasting history will be lost.

6. Children's Privacy

Mend is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we collect no personal data, there is no risk to children's privacy.

7. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal information, there is no data to access, modify, or delete from our servers. You control all data locally on your device:

Delete fasting history within the app settings
Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
Use the Restore Purchase button in the app to restore a prior purchase

8. Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we don't maintain servers with your information, your data is as secure as your device. We recommend using device lock/PIN protection and keeping your device software updated.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
