Deep Slumber ("we", "our", "us") is a sleep sounds application developed by Ryan Roberts. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Deep Slumber app.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information. No name, email address, account, or profile is required to use Deep Slumber.

App Data (Stored Locally Only)

The following data is stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted to us or any third party:

• Saved sound mixes and custom presets
• Favorite sounds
• Sleep timer settings
• Volume preferences
• Premium unlock status

Camera, Microphone, Location

Deep Slumber does not access your camera, microphone, or location.

2. Information We Don't Collect

• We do not collect personal information of any kind
• We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or crash reporters
• We do not track app usage or behavior
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties
• We do not require an account or login
• We do not require an internet connection to use the app

3. Internet Access

Deep Slumber is fully offline. All sounds — including synthesized noise, binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, and downloaded nature sounds — are stored locally on your device. No network requests are made during normal use of the app.

Internet access is only used for the one-time in-app purchase flow, which is handled entirely by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).

4. In-App Purchases

Deep Slumber offers an optional one-time premium upgrade ($1.99) to unlock the full sound library.

• Android: Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• iOS: Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store / StoreKit. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not store, process, or have access to your payment information. We receive only a confirmation of whether a purchase was completed.

5. Data Storage & Security

All app data is stored locally on your device using standard device storage mechanisms. We do not maintain any servers, databases, or cloud services that hold your data.

If you uninstall the app or clear app data, all locally stored preferences and mixes will be deleted. This data cannot be recovered by us because we do not have a copy of it.

6. Children's Privacy

Deep Slumber is appropriate for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect no personal data at all, there is no risk to children's privacy.

7. Your Rights

Because we collect no personal information, there is no data for us to access, provide, modify, or delete on your behalf. You have full control over all data on your device:

• Delete saved mixes within the app
• Clear app data via your device settings
• Uninstall the app to remove all local data

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
